"It was a great experience, so much that our daughter has started at Child Time today! Thank you!"
"It took a few other daycares for us to get somewhere that was structured and helpful for the both kids and the parent. They were very knowledgeable and trained, as well as understanding and empathetic."
"The new Managment team has been very attentive to my needs and really show a concern for my lids"
"The new Director is very knowl"
"My daughter seems happy at this school. I also think that the teachers are very nice and take great care of my daughter."
"Overall, we have loved a majority of the teachers we have had. Three of our children have gone to this daycare. Some concerns we have had are cleanliness and how often our kids get sick. It **** to have to pay for an entire week of daycare when your child attends less than 3 hours the whole week. When my children have been sick, it is due to whatever is going around daycare at that time. I am also not a fan of the regional director. I know I have expressed concerns a long with others in the past, and she doesn't do much to remedy the situation. Whenever I have had to make a call to someone outside of our center, I get the impression they only care about money and not their customers. As far as I am aware, Tutor Time is also related and I have heard many of the same comments, poor customer service. Daycares in general charge too much money and make it hard for some people to work. I am certain that their employees ( actual caretakers) don't get paid nearly enough for their love and support for our kids."
"Overall satisfactory. I was concerned when several teachers started to leave but things seem better now with new management"
"I was grateful to find a Childtime in an ideal location between work & home and that it offered competitive pricing based on the other child care centers I looked into. I'm a single parent and she is an only child, which makes socialization vital. She has gained such a large personality over the past 3 years at Childtime as she has transitioned from toddlers to twos, and now in the preschool classroom. The first few weeks were tough as she got used to the atmosphere, but now she is social and carefree.I will say that I've been saddened to see quality staff and directors abruptly leave, and the remaining facilitators are obviously burnt out and stretched thin. This is a common theme in this industry, and I empathize with the struggle. They need to be respected and supported, because their discontent is absorbed by the children, which is disheartening as a parent and a person. Overall, despite any concerns I have, my daughter goes in happy and leaves happy day after day. That's what matters!"
"Started out great but has really gone downhill. Very high turnover now. Facility is gross and poorly kept. Often there is trash all over the playground and walkways, gates are falling off, etc."
"Poor management- they don’t seem to know how much it casts to attend, sick policies, and vacation policies - or it chages weekly and parents are not nitified"
"My child has been with the school since she was 6 months old, I have enjoyed the teachers until recently. It’s gotten dirtier and smelly"
"Love the teachers, but the staff seems overwhelmed with the lack of support from the ownership group"
"Great staff that shows care and concern for my child and family"
"Unfortunately, this Childtime location is lacking in the most important areas of care. My 14 month old is consistently unhappy to be dropped off at this daycare, and is desperate to return home at every pick up. Having access to video feed of the classrooms shows exactly why my child is unhappy in this environment. While I am happy that my child is fed 3 meals each day and that I receive constant updates about his diaper changes and nap times, there is nothing about this daycare that has been a positive experience for us. My child is on a waitlist for a different daycare so will have to stay until we can change."
"Overall care of the facility has gone down drastically over the last year. There is often trash all over the walkways and playground during drop off and pick up. Staff turnover is also very high which makes it hard to get to know my child’s teacher."
"The majority of staff are very nice people. The Assistant Director is trying in the absence of the Director but there is too much lack of policy and procedure. The director (Erin) is awful. She does not exude confidence in her role nor seems to know what it is going on. The asst Director (Danielle) is empathetic and kind and tries but systemically there is an issue with this school. There are large gaps in training and communication. There is a disconnect between what they tell parents is happening, what is a state regulation and policy and how that gets implemented. That is a huge problem. It is making children unsafe. The District Manager (Theon) is involved but not making any lasting change. After each instance I have spoken to her and nothing changes long term. She implements changes and does training yet the same issues arise. There is a large problem with accountability."
