"I’m a single mom who works full time. I am thankful that I do have someplace in which the staff is nurturing to my child. My child loves her current teacher. I have found that because I drop off relatively early and pick up after 5, there is a lot of transition and they are always chasing the ratio number and changing the children’s environment. Makes checking out longer and getting all the information of the day difficult."

"Poor education level of the teachers. Overall low IQ in the infant and toddlers rooms(example: couldn't tell me what sunbutter was one day, just kept repaeting, It's like peanut butter without peanuts). I DO like that they have some newer toys from gross and fine motor development but I have never seen them sing to or be talking with the children. Many of the 1.5-2 y/o in her class do not know basic words."

"Not very good. The director is alright, but the assistant director is awful. When it comes to the staff, nobody knows anything and doesn't know who would. I need to see more of an effort to engage my daughter if we are going to stay past the first of the year. I found teachers just warehousing the kids by showing them movies, the front office has been left unattended and gates unlocked so anyone could walk in."

"Infant room was excellent. When training new staff and when new children are in transition they need additional coverage. Students need to be redirected and preventive strategies need to be used for behavior, I hear the word a lot of yelling to stop, and get down when I am in the room"
