"Very happy overall with the school. Our son has grown greatly and shows very good skills in social settings. I think there are only two issues we have. One is communicating is sometimes difficult, such as when we're out of town our payment wasn't not adjusted despite mentioning it to multiple people and messaging it later, or just finding out what we need to be bringing for him or need to leave at school. The other is closures specially around Thanksgiving and Christmas. We had to burn multiple pto days on non-holidays because of planned early closures or the day before Thanksgiving being fully closed, for instance.Again, very happy with the teachers and curriculum and plan to continue having our son grow at your school."

"I have been using this daycare for 27 years. Current kids are #11 and #12 attending here. Current director is one of top 2 ever working with. Many of the staff are truly part of our village in caring for our foster children."

"This is probably the last review I will submit before my son moves on to elementary school so I just want to say thank you to all of the staff for the love and care they’ve provided over the years. He’s been in literally every room from Infant 1 up, and it will be so hard to say goodbye, although he’s already very excited to come back during Christmas break to celebrate with Miss Dianne, Miss Helen, and everyone else! :) I could never thank you all enough for the past 4.5 years. My son is so excited for starting school and so much of it has to do with the things he learns when he is at Childtime during the day. The respect and lessons you provide around different cultures has always been something I really treasure about this school. Jessica has been a fantastic director and is always warm and welcoming. I really believe Childtime will always feel my son’s second home and the staff like his second family."

"Every facility has it's peaks and valleys in terms of quality as well as curriculum. We have been with our current school for 7 years, we have been through alot, doing our best to help and contribute to the community we have there. However after 7 years (total from first child, current child has been there for 4 years) I feel my child is not getting what she will need to be prepared for kindergarten. Therefore we have made the very hard decision to leave and enroll elsewhere. I hope for the amazing staff that is left things improve."

"Generally this school is great and nurturing for my children. I notice such developmental growth. However, especially in light of rare increases, I see and hear about the amount of screen time the kids get daily. I think there are apps and videos that can be beneficial, but most pick up times the kids are watching a show, now I notice it with my 2 year old too. :("

"My Childtime is great do to the great Staff like Andrea in the Infant Room. My first interaction with another Childtime right down the street in Plymouth MIchigan was NOT good. In fact, I was in in conflict on if I even go see the current Childtime, because my interaction with the other one in Plymouth before was so negative."

"Overall good. The staff has always been friendly and the teachers are great. I have loved the toddler room teachers. The meals and the activities they plan are so fun and I know my son has fun there."
