"We’ve been attending this Childtime for over 2 and a half years now and they truly have become a part of our family. We are so happy to have found a place where our son is safe and cared for. I appreciate the communication we receive from the teachers through the Brightwheel app and the photos and videos the teachers send make my day. I am happy to call Childtime my son’s home away from home."
"I am really happy we now have a principal. Without a principal, the school service and standard starting going down. The most important gaps I see are: Communication with parents when there's personnel change and/or health issues in a classroom or in the school,- No time outside: We are asked to take all the clothes for the cold weather and yet, they don't take the kids out even when it's sunny- They only have a music class once a week; there should be other planned classes or activities that stimulate the development of the children- We do not know the content of the curriculum or what they are trying to stimulate with the children so we cannot do the work at home either- They have been understaffed and therefore they've changed my daughter to other room which is not good for her routine or developmentIn my daughter's room, the main teacher (Mrs. Jenny) is a rock star! She engages with the kids, is loving, caring and very experienced in the way she disciplines and corrects. The problem is that the other teachers do not have the same level and a lot of times the other teachers are not doing anything and Mrs Jenny is dealing with all the kids. I worry that she gets tired or overwhelmed and also, I don't think it's good that we are relying only in a teacher. I want to make sure she's duly recognized but also that the school is taking that standard to other teachers. Outside of the music class, the teachers don't engage much with the children 1:1 even if they don't have anything going on. I believe the children need also some attention and nurturing even if it's in short spans. I have been very happy with the school but mostly always depending on 1 teacher per room that has been excellent (Mrs. Colleen, Mrs. K that left and now Mrs Jenny). I'd like to have the same feeling for all the teachers or at least most of them. I am extremely positive about the new Director and looking forward to what she can accomplish."

"We love our school, one thing I hadn't seen mentioned above is the Watch Me Grow live streaming, which made the transition of being away from baby so much easier, and we wouldn't have considered spending so much on part time care if that feature was not included. We are very, very pleased with all the staff and the quality of care our son receives."
"I wouldnt even give this facility one star. I honestly have never in my life been treated so poorly. After just two weeks of my almost 2 year old attending this place, i walked in on a monday morning to drop him off and was immediately greated by the director sarah who decided it was appropriate to air my personal business out loud in the loby with other parents standing there. I was humiliated! After dropping my son off and upon exiting the facility sarah decided to AGAIN mention my personal business in the loby in front of other parents. I felt 100% discriminated against and discusted that a director could be that inconsiderate. It was obvious to me she did not care at all. Two days after this incident, i was in class and recieved a voicemail to "give them a call at my convenience, but the matter was nothing urgent". I called back immediately and was informed that my child had been bitten on the face by another kid. Obviously concerned i headed there immediately to pick up my child and take him to the doctor to have the bite cleaned. The bite broke the skin on top and bottom of his cheek. When I arrived, all they cared about was me signing a waiver/incedent report. No sympathy that i was in tears and upset. No sympathy for my son, NONE. My fiance later called up to get the story on what happened to him and what they were doing about the incedent. Sarah refused to give us ANY information and treated us like parasites. She actually hung up on my fiance!! Who does that!?!?! He later went to the school to try to have a meeting with someone qho could tell him exactly what happened to our baby. He was immediately told to leave, he was trespassing.... why though? What is this place hiding that they can't even speak with parents and let them know what happened to their child? I have since filed a complaint with the police department and spoken with sarahs boss. I will update this review with how the situation with handled. I warn any parent against allowing their children to go to this facility. Your child will not be treated with care or respect and neither will you."
