"The general experience has been great. The lead teachers all seem very hands on and engaged. They do a great job working with the kids. I can definitely see improvement in my child's physical and verbal skills as he moves from one room to the next. My kids seem to really enjoy their day here having fun and learning at the same time. My only real complaint is with communication. There should be clear communication from the staff to the parents regarding tuition rates, room changes, special activities like photo days, etc...It just sometimes seems that the teachers and directors are not on the same page with information. Also, it's frustrating when I am told that someone will get back with me right away about a question and several days go by then I have to ask again."

"Overall, I have been pleased and impressed with Childtime. From the time that my son started the school at 6 months old to today, he has been constantly learning new skills and improving his vocabulary/communications. All the teachers and Directors that we have encountered have been polite and professional. The staff takes interest in my child's life, interests and development. The school is making improvements to the building and the communication system with parents. Even though they are working through the bugs in the program, it makes me feel more connected to my child's life, even while working all day."

"Being a first time mom I knew starting my baby at daycare would be tough. I'm so happy we went with childtime! They have done an exceptional job with keeping our baby on close to the same schedule we keep at home. She is always happy at drop off and pick up which is great. Her teachers are wonderful! They are always smiling and never make me feel crazy when I call to check in lol! It's never easy to take your child to daycare but I know when she's there she is happy safe and well cared for."
