"So disappointing. I feel so bad for my children that everytime I went to pull them we ended up keeping them based on one or two teachers we liked. I hope more than anything this organization looks into this particular daycare. You will feel the coldness as soon as you walk in. The Director tries to hide and will walk out of her office to avoid even a hello. The Assistant is better but will repeat every concern in a negative light to the teachers and make it worse. Please help this location for the sake of every kid there."

"You do not want my honest thoughts posted online for a review. I am very disappointed with the level of respect teachers and parents receive from their director and leadership. The company only cares about payment each week and not keeping good teachers and staff. If it wasn’t for the love streaming I wouldn’t be here. I feel incredibly bad for these teachers. It isn’t just one or two having issues but every single one (except for those related to the director). I think there has been some good changes with communication but that is it. I shouldn’t have to explain to my child almost weekly that their teacher is leaving. These kids need consistency and safety, but they are not receiving it. I shouldn’t have to spend my day watching the cameras to make sure my child isn’t being pushed, hit, bit or if children aren’t jumping off book shelves or throwing chairs. The teachers all try really hard and are very loving to my children but are not supported, respect or managed appropriately."

"I understand that there is little control over staff turnover, but it seems like my toddler has had so many different teachers. I think that does make things challenging for her, and for us. I have felt like as soon as I develop a trusting relationship with her teacher, she has somebody new. There are some times where she has not even been in the same room consistently, which I think is also hard for her, and me."

"Suzanne is an exceptional director who strives for her school to run at a top notch degree. She doesn’t give up on the children her teachers for care. She ensures that staff are checked on and in a good mindset to teach. Tori is a perfect other half to Suzanne as her assistant director. She leads her school with great leadership and is fair with decision making. They both exemplify what a great team can be to achieve success in managing and running a school. The meals are great for the kids. Healthy and well balanced. They recognize the strengths and weaknesses my son has to help him grow and flourish in the classroom. The teachers provide feedback and I’m comfortable asking them questions. My son loves going to school. Even on weekends, he is up and ready to go to have fun. While the pricing is higher than other daycares in the area. This school is SOOOO worth it!"

"I really like this daycare. The director and staff at the desk are very welcoming and communicate very well with families. Classroom staff is a hit or miss. There is a lot of moving around in the morning and I never know who my child will actually end up with. They don’t really talk to you at drop off or pick up, it’s kind of a free for all. I would feel better if they introduced themselves and were more engaging with parents. They only respond to you if you engage first."

"The teachers and director have been very kind and caring to my children. They are excellent collaborators when it comes to your child's health, education and well being. My oldest graduated in 2022 and is doing very well in Kindergarten my youngest still attends. The school took a lot of initiative to get my child ready for his next step. They helped with social and educational development, which is exactly what any parent would want out of a school. Ms. Bree, Ms. Rachel, Ms. sheri, Ms.Bev, Ms. Bianca, Ms.Suzzanne and many of the other staff have made it a great environment for my children."

"Our kids have been very happy at Childtime. If anything happens, even minor bumps or hives, we are notified politely in a way that doesn’t freak us out. The communication is very timely and a strong point. The teachers appear to care about the children."
