"Kendall was great and introduced us to the teachers who were all super friendly. It was awesome to see how everyone knew everyone's names and their kids. It's a great environment!"
"The teachers at this school (Infant I, Infant 2, and Toddler) are wonderful."
"We loved Childtime when my son was in the infant room at 6 months old. Our experiences in every other room have been negative. Diaper rashes contracted at school have been blamed on grandparents, directors have been avoidant and unresponsive, we have been charged for activities that were not provided, and my son was neglected and injured, repeatedly, while in Childtime's care. I have very little faith in the management and am unsurprised that the better teachers have left for better employment elsewhere. Many of my son's previous classmates have left over the last year. There is little to no communication about transitions to new classes. Just two mornings ago, we were told offhand that our child could go to the pre-school class for 3-year-olds when he finished potty training, yet it is obvious that teachers are not supporting potty training during the day. I have felt trapped because we depend on this center for childcare and heartbroken each day that I have had to leave my son there."
"We love the teachers and all of the different activities provided. However, the director and asst. director are rude and have poor attitudes on numerous occasions. We love Sherry, Nandita, Mirette, Aschraf, Jean, all of whom are teachers at CT. We wish we could say the same for Sarah and Vanessa who tend to talk down to parents, are rude and surly. We love the precious status app."

"I have been so happy with this school. Every single member of the staff has been incredible and knows my child so well. I would be more than willing to be available to prospective parents who are considering this school because I looked at so many options before enrolling my son and I honestly could not be happier with our choice. I rave about this school to everyone who is looking for a daycare and I cannot believe how much my son has learned. I am so grateful to the teachers and staff. If you ever started a wish list for new items or things the school needs, I would be happy to contribute! I absolutely love the parents' night out days - I was worried that my son would be at the center too long for us to enjoy it but when we go to pick him up he never wants to leave!"
"It's a great place and I never worry about my kids when they are there because I know they are in good hands"
"Morning teachers are amazing. Afternoon / pickup teachers are weak"
"My general experience is that the school is valuing dollars and cents over the child/teacher ratio and safety. That is simply not ok at a $400 per week bill. The reston infant toddler program costs less money per week and mandates a much lower teacher/child ratio. This needs to be fixed before a child is seriously hurt. The two teachers are unable to monitor 16 toddlers at one time. There are children getting seriously hurt, resulting in emergency medical appointments, on a daily basis. If the parent/child ratio and foreign language offerings are not remedied timely, I will leave and place my child in another school I have already chosen."
"Overall I have been pleasantly surprised with this school. The twos class can at times be overwhelming given ratios. Although I noted that staff communication is professional, it doesn't appear the front office shares information with the teachers. Ensuring calendars are updated in the classroom. Also, parent participation is low. Suggestion would be to make sure teachers and parents are up to date on events and activities."
