"I really like this school and the staff and most of the teachers. However, the teachers are always changing which is fine for my children (teaches flexibility) but confusing for my spouse and I. We find it difficult to communicate about their learning experience or daily activities. Their doesn't seem to be 1 person per class that takes ownership of my child. The director is amazing and is why we stay. We do find the constant cost increases frustrating. It also seems like there are frequent extra fees. This makes monthly budgeting very difficult. I would be happier to pay a higher rate instead of changing costs. Most of the teachers seem like they have a genuine interest in making sure my children are happy, healthy, safe and learning. They provide creative and exciting ways for my children to play and learn. I do have concerns about 1 of the teachers attitudes and the way she speaks to my children but do not feel comfortable expressing my concerns for fear that it could be taken out on my children. This is not serious enough to deter me from sending my children or speaking with management."
