"Overall I am satisfied. There has been a lot going on at the school with staffing issues but I have felt comfortable sending my child every day. My concerns have been addressed and I am confident with the care."

"My general experience is frustration. Childtime bought out my daughter's previous daycare and to say they missed expectations is an understatement. Communication is sporadic, often confusing or just inaccurate. I am extremely disappointed with the decline in cleanliness, the lack of a curriculum and mortified at how many last minute and frustrating policy changes are. I went from dropping off my kid everyday and feeling confident it was the best decision for her to working from home as much as humanly possible and spending the 4 to 6 work days a month that I have to go to the office in high anxiety and feeling guilty for sending her. My daughter used to run into daycare excited to see her friends, now she sobs. She is bounced from room to room all day, finding her at pick up can be tricky and even though she is 4, starts her day in the infant room, because that's the only room open in the morning. I just want to be able to drop her off in one room with kids her own age and she stay in that room all day."

"Overall it’s a good school. I felt more connected when the old owners had it. But overall the teachers are nice and the director currently is a sweetheart."

"Overall ok. Am not happy that there is no free week of vacation. Don’t like how we pay full price when school is closed a day or two per week due to holidays. Paying full price for holiday weeks especially Thanksgiving and Black Friday closure is unacceptable. I pay full price for 3 days of service and I am forced to either take off work on or find alternate day care on federal holidays or other closed days. So we pay full price plus pay alternate child care. Not right!Vacation weeks should be free as well!"

"I love the school and teachers so far. The staff was very supportive of my son when he first began and trying to make him feel comfortable. Additionally I like that everyday they explain how the day went and engage him in different activities such as painting coloring and playing outside."

"Overall I have been very disappointed. I understand the day and age we are living in, the turnover in staff is not always avoidable but my child's classroom has hardly any consistency. As a parent, I find myself looking in on my child to identify that I do recognize any of the adults in my child's classroom. Not only do I not recognize individuals but when I pickup, no one is forthcoming with whom they are or even to simply share how my child's day was. I do not feel a connection to (most) staff. Additionally, the chaos that seems to take place within the room and lack of structure and curriculum. For months, during summer, my child hardly went outside. Outside play is essential for children to grow and to get energy out. There is no artwork. Not many activities that promote independent thinking and fine motor skills."

"Teacher wise they are great. Management communication is terrible. Wished parents were not forced to sign up for programs like cuties since the diapers are cheap and bad quality. Also the summer camp program was a huge fail that parents were forced to pay for. Kids did nothing but get a backpack and water bottle. No ice cream/kona ice truck during the summer."

"We were going to Brandi’s Place since my oldest son was an infant. He is 7 now. So we’ve been attending for along time. All I can tell you is since Childtime took over about a year ago the quality is not the same. Technology is the only area Childtime bought value. At every level this facility seems to be worse after the transition. My children are older now, so we don’t have the same needs. However, it just isn’t the same. It is taken a big step back since Childtime has taken over."

"Please clean up school. Hallways and classrooms need attention. Keep bathrooms cleaners for children. Provide more sit down schooling. Letters, numbers etc schooling to prepare for kindergarten."

"Not very happy with it compared to last childtime location we attended. They need more phones so that when a parent calls the facility, it is always answered. They should also have 2 teachers in every room at everytime. 1 teacher doing everything is very distracting. These kids are still young. Also we noticed a teenage boy in the classroom once in awhile seemed to be helping out. He was too young to be a teacher, and too old to be from the school age class. So we think it was a teacher or staffs son there to help. But we felt it very inappropriate that he was in the room."

"Only thing I’m not super happy about is the new diaper fee is an out of pocket expense for me since I have state help"

Disappointing

"I’ve tried so very hard to be okay with the progression of this childcare center, but it’s terrible. And I mean terrible. My child has been there since infant to preschool, and we pulled him out to go to an actual preschool setting. I would rather my child go somewhere unknown than stay here after 4 years (if that tells you anything). The teachers seem more annoyed that kids are in their care, than excited to engage with them. The older age the rooms get, the worse it is. I feel the teachers sit there most of the day and let the kids literally run around and do whatever. There are cameras, it’s easy to tell how much or little someone is engaging with the kids. I understand they are ALWAYS understaff and frustrated, but it shouldn’t reflect my child’s care. Childtime’s curriculum or lack there of is a complete joke! There is no learning or prepping for school. It’s basically a play all day motto. I have zero clue where my kids development stands at any point and time. If you want a glorified babysitter, this is the place for you. If you want a nurturing, kind, learning environment, look anywhere else.

Very sad to see the progression of what once was a wonderful place, to a place my child hated going, and I hated taking him to every day. I literally felt like an awful parent every morning I dropped him off. They need a complete overhaul of staff and childcare protocol if there’s even a chance of salvaging this center.

"I have generally been unsatisfied with this school because staff seem uninterested in my children, they do not provide education or a curriculum, they are not taken outside except for a few minutes in a buggy, staff do not communicate with parents regarding details of how they are progressing toward milestones or details of their day"

"Our experience has been terrible with this school. The daycare we came from was highly educational, staff in all classrooms (not even the ones my kids were in) were sincerely interested in and concerned about my kids and communication from the teachers and directors was exceptional - this Childtime location is the complete opposite. I am concerned on a daily basis for the safety and well being of my kids, and am saddened to see my infant receiving very little interaction from teachers throughout the course of the day on the live stream feed. In the toddler class, an age where they are eager to learn from experiences, there are no organized learning activities, and the kids just play on their own while the teachers are usually just sitting and watching. Calling this center a school is inaccurate, more like paying a lot for a distracted babysitter."
