"Staff are great! Confusion about who the director is or if there is one… which isn’t a big deal but it helps know who to communicate with. Policies on infant care is super frustrating and what might make us go elsewhere."
"Since Childtime has taken over ownership from Brandi's Place, there has been an increase in turnover of staff, decreased personalized projects for parents, and an unknown curriculum. They have videos that allow parents to see their children during the day learning who knows what because it is not communicated with parents. It is an overall okay daycare that has a new Directer every few months."
"My child is happy with his new friends and learning environment but communication with staff does not have me confident in how much my child is actually cared about. If he had not already made friends and enjoyed his experience as much as he did in his first few weeks I would have unenrolled him die to the communication issues."

"Lots of change over since November of 2021. Losing teachers, directors, and staff has been an enormous change for the school and you can tell that the atmosphere at the school has changed and not necessarily for the better. There is a shift in culture that needs to occur in our for the school to move forward with a positive mindset for the staff, which reflects directly upon our children. Current director Rebecca is the best director we've had placed so far. She is very present throughout the entire school no matter the time of day. Even when she is in her office, she will still greet you when you come through the door. Leadership like that is hard to come back in current times and she's a great asset to the community."

"I am not happy with childtime. They cannot keep staff, there is no consistency for the children. My children are not learning anything and are declining. I have expressed my concerns with the current director and she acted as if she did not care."
"Prior to Childtime taking over there was so much more consistency. I am involved in several different apps for childtime and the most I get from them is watching my own child on the cameras to see if circle time happens or if she’s being watch or if they are going outside"
"So far (its only been about 6 weeks) the experience has been mixed. The 3nd week was better than the first, and 2nd, then the main teacher left my sons room. This did not go over well with my son. After that, not having a consistent teacher was very hard on him. I have not seen many of the staff engaging with the children, any of them. I have not seen much educational activities taking place. I enjoy the items that they have in the rooms with Letters, Numbers, Calendars, etc, but I would like to see more education provided by the rooms teachers and much much more engagement between the staff and the children"
"The teachers overall have been great. I wish the communication would be a little bit better. Whenever I hear “it has to go through corporate” I cringe because I know the issue is going to take a while to resolve. There are definitely flaws with the live stream app. It would also be nice if I didn’t have to have three different avenues for the daycare (brightwheel app, watch me grow app, and then the payment website)."
