"This school is disorganized, poor communication, very negative about my child, the dont update the app, he isnt learning anything new from school, we gotta calendar of marches events (havent in probably a year) not consistent with helping potty train, dont take the kids outside enough, shoot staffed creating my child to be shuffled around all the time, staffing ratios are off consistently, concerns are not address appropriately, over paying for babysitting... they are not creating a loving/hurting environment that fosters learning and growth"

"Overall, we have been slightly disappointed with our experience at this school. The teachers and staff are friendly. However, the high level of teacher turnover makes for a less than desirable experience. The teachers are frequently unable to accurately communicate to me about my children’s daily activities and development because the teachers are not in the classrooms consistently enough. My family would benefit from a more consistent environment. I sincerely hope management takes my concerns seriously and addresses the root causes. The school has lost several excellent teachers throughout the past 9 months."

"In the begining it was wonderful but the longer we are there the worse it seems to get. Teachers constantly changing. We lost our beloved assistant Director and now my son is losing his main classroom teacher (this is maybe the 3rd time in less than a year). I honestly don't even know half the people watching my son on any given day as it is constantly changing. I also am not satisfied with the inconsistancy of the brightwheel app. Some days you get updates and others you get nothing. We had an increase in tuition this year but a decrease to the teacher to child ratio (more kids, less teachers) which doesn't seem right."
"Our overall experience has been disappointing. Communication and tolerance of bullying is poor. Our children have attended another Child Time and Tutor Time in the past and the experience was wonderful and the staff was amazing. This location lacks in professional staff, Safety, and communication. I wouldn't recommend this location."

"The majority of the teachers have been wonderful! But when concerns are brought up, it's almost as if the management team would rather protect their teachers than the kids. I pay good money to know what is going on with my child, and most days I could not tell you what she did or learned. It's frustrating to ask for teachers to do the communicating part of their jobs and then to be talked to like a child."

"We have had a really good experience with Childtime. We love the app they use, as it provides us updates of when our children are eating, had a wet diaper, and it gives us a direct line of contact with the teacher for any questions or concerns the teacher may have. My son is in the infant room and we love how wonderful and skilled the teachers are there. They are working on tummy time and other skills for him to meet his milestones. They even handle his dairy allergy and reflux extremely well. My daughter is in the early preschool room and we are amazed by how much she is learning (even only being there two days a week). The set schedule and routine is key for her, along with the great socialization she has with the other children. We love how motivated the staff is to help her learn and continue to work on potty training. The lead teacher of the center, Jenn, is so great and extremely knowledgeable about all the children. We are grateful for this center, all the amazing teachers and the wonderful care our children receive. "
