"Overall I'm pleased with this school. It seems as though there's a lot of turnover with the employees. I wish that wasn't the case. I think right now is a time of transition for the whole school. It would be nice if I could drop off my children to the same teacher in the same classroom every morning but such is not the case."

"The experience gets more distant as the children age. We're not fond of how much iPads are pushed on the kids as an activity. Also, in recent weeks, at pick up their have been friends/family of staff in the parking lot or in the main area. Sometimes smoking. The staff is engaged with guests instead of children. It's very disappointing and not what we signed up for. Also, at the end of the day when children are put in other classrooms, a lot of communication is lost."

"I think there are some very kind teachers who I know my son loves and they care about him. I love that he is learning so much and is making friends. I do not like that he is almost 2 and I have picked him up before 430pm in the infant 1 room. I can never find my son when I pick him up. He could be anywhere. We havent had a lead teacher in 6 weeks and losing ms. Shannon was terrible. When voicing my concerns to the director she is defensive and makes excuses. She does not apologize when they do something wrong. She is not friendly. She is a terrible communicator. The center lead is also not qualified to do the job. In the directors absence she tries to assist however she is not knowledgeable or professional. I really only feel comfortable with the manager at this point. We love Ms. MOZELLA and Ms. Andi and Ms. Megan. Davijana is new but seems to be really taken with this kids and always greats my son & I with a huge smile. The teachers in this center are great"

"Up until about 2 months ago I was completely satisfied with this facility and the care my child was getting. However, there has been some staff changes that have changed this perspective for my family and I. Hopefully with this survey, our concerns will shed some light and things will start to go back to what they were."

"Use to be great. We told people how much our child loved school. Now, we wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very sad how this was allowed to happen too. Very stressful for our children to start new school now."

"There have been several wonderful teachers who really connect with my child. Unfortunately, as I’ve spoken with them on their last days, they’ve left largely due to current leadership. There have been four directors since my child has started attending and only one was exemplary."

"Initially when starting 02/2018, we loved the school! the director and staff we're very involved and interactive with the children (including mine when he initially started).. we had a few up front concerns that were immediately addressed accordingly. we've noticed a much higher turn around and feeling as if we do not even know the staff anymore and don't seem to get good communication with new director of school, became more and more displeased which is reason for removal from the school"

"I do like the education my children are receiving. I am very concerned at why teachers are leaving the location. We always here they are getting better jobs within the company or leaving due to location of their house. I don't buy that all the time. I have a gut feeling that other things are happening at the school and teachers are not staying there. It concerns me when a new teacher comes in because they don't know my child and we don't know them. YOu build a close relationship with the teachers there and they leave. Can you really trust my child is safe. My husband and I have thought multiple times about looking at another location close by."
