"Overall it’s been okay. There have been several closures due to issues the center has had that makes it difficult to find back up care. The staff overturn has been awful and not consistent. Finally, now that staff has been consistent, they are closing until September. It’s stressful and makes no sense when childcare is in high"

"Ever since this new Management I have had a lot of trouble with this daycare.
Every other day I get a call to pick my son up due to him endangering another child is what they're saying but every time I ask for the video I keep getting told I can't watch it. While expressing my concern the management was very rude and inconsiderate of having to leave work early every time they call over a scratch and calling it endangering another child. My child is not perfect no one is but calling 3 times a week for me to pick my child up and then charging 500 a week is ridiculous. "

"I am highly dissatisfied about the time my child has been at the school. She is not being taught much due to the school being short staffed. The building is very dirty and it smells. My child was not shred nutritious food. There were several teachers who were around my child who seems aggressive towards my kid and others (I.e. pulling on their arms, grabbing them to move them aggressively, etc.). My child was sent home on several occasions when she wasn’t even sick. We revived a weeks notice before we were told she was being kicked out and had to go to the sister school. Not once were we asked about our opinion about the move. We should have been given at least a months notice. We had also already paid the deposit for the following school year and we were never offered a refund for the deposit. I ended up pulling my child out of the school due to all of these reasons and she will no be returning in the future."

"Overall very pleased with the relationships between my children and the staff, pleased with the general atmosphere. My children trust you and they enjoy being there. That matters greatly. If not for that aspect however, I would've considered leaving, given the high cost of daycare and how I feel structurally things have regressed."

"Teachers are teaching kids how to bully. Grabbing by the arm and moving 3-4 feet through the air. Throwing toys across the rooms. Director plays favorites from my observations, good teachers leave. Says addressed the arm situation but still seeing it on camera. Kids getting hurt, no incident reports given. No structure in the classrooms, just trying to use movies and tv shows to entertain the kids. If a kid acts up and the teacher doesn’t want to do their job to calm and educate the child, they drag them out to the hall. As of being sent to the principal’s office. Crazy bad at this center, looking to move my kids asap. "
