"Nice quality, but limited styles of raised panel doors with limited choice of woods, stains, glazes for selections. Have sales but no grace period extended for those in the process of cabinet selection and started in the process of purchase. Shameful if you want positive buying experiences for current and future customers. Positive responses create MORE happy customers whereas negative feedback creates a destructive environment for any future customers or sales. Customers WANT definitive answers when in an ACTIVE process of purchase where I am now but if have to wait for a new sale to come along you will start looking elsewhere (which I will be doing). thank you."
