I forgot to order the finished ends and toe kicks for my cabinets, and, after putting my order in close to midnight, I received an email the very next morning before 9am, noting that I may have missed some items to complete the kitchen. There were links to the exact missing items right in the email which made ordering super easy. I love the dovetail quality that I see in their videos, and, hopefully, the cabinets are as quality as they appear. I can't wait for them to come in! "

Overall experience less than ideal - I signed up for email/newsletter and was given a TAKE150 code to use $150 off my order. Although when placing the order I wasn't able to use the code because my order was $3407 not $3500. I also had to pay $250 shipping because below the $3500 threshold. What about a NEW Customer discount!?! I expressed my concerns with the online customer service and was only told "Sorry - we are having a sale!""
