"Overall this was a pretty good experience. I've never bought cabinets before, so there could have been more resources for first-time buyers, but things were pretty self explanatory. I didn't understand why only some sizes were available in some finishes (if they are all made to order why shouldn't each size be offered in every finish?). The planning tool was useful, but again, you could only plan your kitchen with certain sized cabinets. Besides this, the tool was very helpful.
After I placed my order, I was contacted by someone who thought I might have missed a few items - this was very helpful and I appreciated that a person looks through every order instead of it just going through a computer system with no check. I really do not like the wait time (2+months) for the cabinets to arrive, but hopefully they will be worth it. I haven't received them yet and I hope they are as pictured. Oh, there could also be more pictures of them installed and individually to get a better feel of what they look like. "

"I got one of my cabinets damaged.
My family had to buy a lot of tools to fix it.
We are going to complain about it next week since we were too busy to talk and they don't open customer service friday through sunday which wasn't that approachable. the shelf was not secure or packed for shipping and it dented inside as well.
Wish we just ordered everything from Home depot. so they deliver and install so we can see if it is well taken care of or not.
And also, the web page didn't explain that it will not be finished on end panel area so now we have to wait another 7-9 weeks to get panels and moldings.
Let's hope they don't come damaged."
"The paint maple Shaker sample was exactly what I was expecting and came in a timely fashion. Ordering on-line was pretty seamless, but recommend using their designer service if you don't have any experience. I triple checked the in-cart items before clicking order, because there's no going back to edit the order once it's been placed. That being said, the choice of Frameless assembled cabinets & sizes are ample enough to design my galley style kitchen. The wait time for delivery is pretty much the same as any assembled cabinet company. Shipping was free with the order, but the best was the 30% discount on the Labor Day weekend which I took full advantage of for my order; great savings!
I've used Cabinets.com in past for a small project, but hope that this delivery and cabinet construction are as good as their ordering process or previous order.
