Everything up to receiving my package was great, however, when UPS finally dropped the box at my door I was dunbfounded.

These morons taped the ends of the retail box and slapped a shipping label on it.

The box arrived with a 2" by 7" gash in one corner (because RETAIL BOXES AREN'T DESIGNED TO HANDLE THE RIGORS OF SHIPPING... Cablemart I'm looking at you).

It's a minor miracle the driver floppy didn't fall out enroute.
