Ordered a server cabinet from them

"They had the best price and best shipping prices on this server cabinet and i have bought lots of stuff from cable organizers in the past. The cabinet i ordered came slightly damaged from shipping and had a few deep scratches on the front glass panel. I immediately contacted support and immediately got a response back in minutes (good time of the day) They immediately were concerned with how to solve my issue. They were very kind to send out replacement components to fix my issue. VERY VERY Happy with Michael Fanelli who solved my issues very quickly. Very impressive customer service! Will do business with again."

Very dissatisfied

"I placed order on 4/4/19. Order#SORD1587404 - I emailed Henry Tifa on 4/9/19 for update on order and tracking information with no response back! I called cable organizer on 4/9/19 and was on hold for 15 minutes. Called again and put on hold. I finally gave up on the 9th in trying to obtain help from this company. I called back on 4/10/19. Joel King assured me he would have tracking for my management team within 30 minutes, didn't happen. I called back this morning 4/11/2019. Cody was very helpful. Let me know they have rec. items 1,2 and 6 to ship tomorrow, which would mean we wouldn't get to meet our deadline of tomorrow. We need these items overnighted and received by tomorrow and no one will help. I am having to search another provider moving forward to purchase our products. "

Terrible Company

"Website showed the product was in stock. I tried ordering from website, but I couldn't get it to allow me second day shipping, so I called in and someone helped me get the order entered. I thanked them and waited. After it hadn't shipped a week later, I called in and talked to customer support, they informed me that it was actually supposed to be drop shipped from manufacturer, but was supposed to be shipped that day. I asked them to change it to next day shipping, because I needed the part the next day, they told me they'd see what they can do. I told them it was imperative that I get it the next day. I called the next day because there still wasn't a tracking number on the website. They told the that it did ship, but they the shipping hadn't been changed to next day and that it had never been 2 day shipping and that the only thing they could do was explain what the manufacturer told them. They couldn't refund me anything since they didn't charge me for ground shipping anyway."

Horrible Company

" I made an order with this company, they charged an ungodly amount for shipping but I ordered anyway. A week went by with no communication, I called them and the lady that answered the phone was rude and said the item is out of stock will be 4 to 8 weeks hopefully. She did over me a substitute in color of one of the braided sleeve’s. It took over 9 business day for the order to arrive and they sent the wrong size. I order ¼ sleeving but they sent 1/8 sleeving which I already had. Stay away from this company, rude hatefully and should be put out of business. "

Incompetent, understaffed and poorly managed

"I placed an order 12/24. No response. Checked the order online and was able to access it. More time elapsed and I called to check on it. They had no record of the order. I sent them evidence of their system having the order which I copied from their website and they still could not find it. After 10 plus calls, multiple emails, failure to return calls, assurance that they found the order and would expedite it which took 7 days and then when it arrived the order was short items with no communication that anything was backordered. I have told them to forget about it, keep the over payment since it would likely take another month to process it. thankfully it was a small order and the time I've wasted is worth more than what I'm letting them keep."

Avoid using this merchant. It was a waste of time, money and patience.

"I put on my order on Dec 18, received the email confirmation, and my credit card was promptly charged next day. Today is Jan 1, I was expecting my order to arrive on Dec 29, so I decided to check the status of my order and to my surprise I got the message "We were able to locate an invoice for order #867288". Then I went to check the cableorganizer.com reviews, which I should have done prior to put my order. I was struck by all the negative reviews in glassdoor.com so I now understand why the service levels at cableorganizer is so low.
I sent emails to the company asking for updates, I prefer not to call and get further disappointed, if I receive an answer I will feel lucky.

Update as of Jan 8: I called the company, the first time they just hung up after I mentioned I was looking for my order update and the second time a nice guy said that a new order confirmation would be sent to my email in 10 min. I received an email couple of hours later saying "When this order was placed, the item you purchase was recently sold out and is currently out-of-stock. his happens once in a while as many of our products come straight from our vendor to your door, and we do not have access to the vendor’s specific inventory... Unfortunately, this item will be out of stock with no ETA; therefore, this order is now cancelled", however there was no mention of a refund so I immediately follow up with an email and now, 2 business days later I heard no response. I just file a dispute with my credit card because the 'Norton shopping guaranteed' does not refund the shipping fee.

Zero stars not an option

"What a bunch of Bozos. They filled my order incorrectly, did not have what I ordered, wasted 2 weeks waiting to find that out after many phone calls. NOW, after many more phone calls, I can't seem to get a $24 refund. Whatever you need can be found elsewhere. Life is too short to deal with these guys."

"Placed an order and chose expedited 3-day USPS shipping 6 days before Christmas.

They never shipped this order until the day after Christmas.

Emailed customer support and never received a response.

Good products, pricing and fast shipping

"Ordered a couple of floor cord cover for our offices. Easy to use, the fabric sticks to the carpeting without any tapes or adhesives. Don't have to worry about tripping over cables anymore. "

"This company appreciates their customers!!! There was a mishap with my order. One email by me and a follow up phone call by them later the problem is fixed. No need to get into details on all this, but the end result is identifying a company that wants to stay in business and understands that the customer is how to make that happen. Purchase from this company and see what I mean. "
