"Ordered a corner surface mounted cable wireway to hide my wall mount TV wires. Shipping took 10 days to Canada. Price was very good as I can't find this size of wireway in local stores. The shipping itself cost more than the product, but still it's a good deal. It arrived in a cardboard box with no packing of any kind inside. I would have like at least a plastic wrap for my wireway. But it's ok since I will be painting it to match the wall, I don't really care as there is some minor scraches on it from rubbing on the box. Product seems very good quality and it is exactly what I was looking for. They shipped via USPS and the tracking number doesn't really tell me anything on the USPS site. Even now after I got my package, the USPS site still said it haven't ship the item yet. Not really this companies fault thou. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them, and will order more stuff in the future."
"Don't do business with these people!! I got the wrong cable and getting a Return Autorization was a huge hassle. After finally getting it I returned the item with delivery confirmation and they are still refusing to provide my refund despite the fact that I can prove they received it. What a nightmare!!"
