"Ordered two items on a sunday via USPS priority shipping. one item came thursday via first class mail, and the second came on friday via UPS.

they don't update their website, everyday i tried to access the tracking numbers and invoice, and the website always said "Because your order was recently placed, it will not appear here until the next business day. Please check back in one business day." even now after i received my items, it still says that.

shipping services used is a bit misleading. i payed for priority mail, i expect it to be shipped that way. both items were shipping from different places on different days via different shipping methods.

customer service does NOT respond to emails either.

although i'm glad i actually received my items, they never provided tracking numbers or even ANY assurance that my order was even shipped."

"Good products, good service, decent prices, minor complaints on shipping. As most people who shop at CableOrganizer will notice, shipping on the first item is outrageously high. The second item usually isn't much better, but after that, shipping goes up at a much slower rate for additional items. Also, they can be a little slow to ship, especially if you're used to NewEgg. I placed an order on a Friday evening, but it didn't ship until Tuesday evening."

"I did check ResellerRatings first and saw a couple of the mishaps, that is normal so I went ahead just slightly worried about delivery times.
Delivery was prompt.
One item had a missing piece, not their fault, and they called me back right away saying the missing piece (for a rack) willbe here in 2 days).
The second shipment was poorly packaged (by FA for the reference), it had an item too much (2 free shelfs instead of the one I was gona get), but the extra one was all scratched up because they had put 3 shelf-size steel rack thingies in a big box with little to none of padding, the box was all beat up and barely hanging together.
So I suspect they are struggling with some personell in order pick&pack.
All in all, customer service is good, but if you are in a hurry and cant tolerate damaged shipments or miscounted stuff, be vary."

"I ordered PET cable sleeving related products - various sleeve colors and lengths, shrink wrap, cable ties, and extraction tool. Sleeve and shrink wrap sold by the foot, which is good however, they consistently shorted me on the shrink wrap. For every foot ordered, I received only 10 inches. The sleeving measured correctly. USPS shipping was reasonable but took 5 days from order to receipt from Florida to Georgia??? I would order from them again due to the wide selection available. Everything received was as advertised and in perfect condition."
