"Worst online purchase experience ever! Next day after order received email from Cals Sporting Armory that said my item had shipped Fedex. Tried to track it through Fedex link provided in email. Fedex reply was "Not Found". Went directly to Fedex website and entered tracking number, again "Not Found". Called Fedex, the agent could not find tracking number either. He also did an address search to see if Fedex was shipping anything to my address -- NOPE! Called Cals four times, got recorded message. Left two messages to call me -- no return call. Also sent two emails asking about shipping status of item -- no reply. It has been 6 days since my first attempt to contact them, both by phone and email, I haven't heard anything from Cals and I still do not have the item I ordered. Cals has the worst customer service conceivable. They billed my credit card immediately and next day promply sent me a bogus shipping number; after that nothing -- dead silence. Stay Away! Avoid Cals like the plague! I'll never order anything from these buffoons again!!! There are too many sites on the Web with equally good prices, and good customer service. (To Cals Rep: since the only time you folks respond is to negative feedback on this forum I have already disputed the charge on my credit card. Good riddance.) "

"I purchased a dedicated CMMG .22 LR AR15 upper from Cals along with 2 clips. The price was very low. The packaging was very good and it was delivered in less than a week.
I gave low ratings because I did not receive any notice of shipping which caused it to be delayed a day because I didn't have anyone available to sign for it and secondly they used FedEx. I have had too many issues with FedEx so I don't purchase from suppliers that don't have a UPS option.

"I shopped for a Leupold scope on-line and in person. Cal's knocked the pants off of everyone's prices. Even with the "handling fee" added to the price it was still a great, great deal.
I would recommend them to anyone and intend to continue shopping with them until they disappoint me.
