"This is the 2nd Bower Flash. When I ordered the 1st one. The Box that the Flash was in, was terrible. Looks like someone trashed it. I kept it. After 3 months. The Flash quit.Would not do anything. I ordered another one. This Flash came in the same condition. This Box was also trashed. When I called my Salesperson he would not answer my call or call back. I called Customer Service, and the girl I talked to. "WAS". Pretty Nasty. She acted like it was my fault. SO. At this point. I was going to send it back BUT. Right now. It is working.
