"Cameta Camera bent over backwards to help me place my order. Being a large order, the credit people put a hold on it so the card was denied. However the fraud division never told customer care people that. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong so I would call Cameta back to run the card again and it would still be denied. Two days later the card people called to see if I was making that purchase. With the help of Cameta we cancelled the order a number of times and finally sent it through on a different card. Delivery was swift and everything was well packed. Cameta will be my first choice in photography from now on."
"Was happy with my purchase, everything was in working order and came in on time. The packaging was secure, and it seemed like the shipping process wouldn't damage its contents short of something crushing the box. While refurbished, it's indistinguishable from a new product. Wasn't worth it enough to risk a gray market purchase, so I decided to purchase a refurbished U.S. product with the Cameta warranty behind it than deal with an import if something went wrong. After losing a credit card to fraud from another site, it was important to me to use a Google Merchant this time around for some peace of mind. "The Cameta Camera web site was organized well and easy to use. The folks at customer service also deserve a shout out! After I placed the order order to be sent to my home I realized that would not be home to sign for the package, which was required. I learned many things about both UPS and "sender" restrictions. UPS indicated that they could make no changes unless it came from the 'sender'. Hence my dealings with Cameta customer service. They re-routed the package to my (fortunately near by) UPS service center, which was the only option. I had tried to get the box re-addressed to my companies mail room that deals with UPS but Cameta wouldn't allow it for there own security reasons which is understandable these days, All ended well. Everything was in the box and arrived in good order. Just be sure your home to sign if you have a large order. "
