"When attempting to purchase, I had questions about kits. I did not get very good, in depth answers to my questions from customer service. I purchased a battery charger, as one was not listed in the kit contents. Upon receipt, there was a charger included in the kit. However, my biggest complaint was the fact that the 3 day priority shipping took 8 days. When I contacted customer service they were not concerned at all and blamed the delay on "holiday shipping", even though my order was shipped Jan. 2, 2015. Customer service needs improvement."

"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!! I have Placed The Order 0n 12/29/14, after week i called to check about my order status, "ASHLEY" CSR told me that they need to verify my Shipping Address and they send me an email regarding that, But i never received any kind of email so far. But funny thing things is that as soon as she hang up on me, she send me an email, i requested to talk to the Manager "SABRINA" but she was BUSY with Bank as always!! I called again and wanted to talk to the Manger she is Busy again,and the Guy is talked with he is more interested to Cancel my Order instead of resolving my Issue!! Again This Guy also hang up on me, so no i really don't know what will happen to my Order, I will Call my Credit Card Company. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Company Did Not Try To Contact With Me, Except The Email They Send Me After CSR Ashley Hang up on Me. I Called Twice Never Got Chance to Talk To the Manger, Even Did Not bother to Call me Back!!!!! And As I Mentioned my Previous Comment They were More Interested to Cancel my Order Instead of Solving the Issue, And Finally They Have Done it, They Did Not Even Bother to Inform me. They have not send me any Cancellation email yet. I am still writing the comment, but no communication/no phone call/ no email so far. I have Just read in an Open Yelp Review Website That my Order has "Canceled" This is my First Time Shopping with Cameta, Normally i buy Gear or Lenses from B&H Photo or Roberts Camera, Never had any issue. I am really surprised to see the difference btw B&H Photo or Roberts Camera with Cameta. They were more professional, way better than Cameta. One Time B&H Manager Called me when i had an issue with my Lens, And From Cameta i am informing in an Open Review that they have "Canceled" my Order. Yes you have every right to Do that, but Keep it mind If you do business "Its always better to have an Angry Tenant than an Empty House"
