"I'm not sure my problem is with Cameta Camera. I ordered my camera kit and as of today I still haven't received it! My shipping status through FedEx says delivered but my item was never delivered. I stayed home all day through the time they claim to have delivered it but NO knock on the door or doorbell ring! This is ridiculous! And to sum it up there's nothing anyone can do! I'm told to wait until the FedEx follow up is completed which was today. I just called FedEx and they tell me I have to contact the Cameta and have them do a missing package work up?!!! I asked her about the drivers response and she said he responded that he delivered it! Really? I've checked with my neighbors and they say not one person has contacted them regarding delivery. It's as if drivers can steal items and claim to have delivered them with no consequences!! Signature on delivery should be an option offered at checkout even if it's at an additional cost!"
