"Did not have a good experience with this store and it's customer service. Other retailers offer same camera with bonus free items for the same price. Cameta Camera sent only the camera, and even though they offer it with bonus items for an extra $3 (3 dollars), which I offered to pay, they asked me to return the whole camera and pay for shipping. That's not good customer service.

My hobby of sports photography is revived with a capable fixed lens superzoom. For whatever reasons, interchangeable lens cameras (ILC) are banned at major sporting events, perhaps out of fear of "professional" cameras capturing commercially viable images. The bundles add-on package that Cameta Camera offered included a wide-angle and telephoto lens kit with 52-58mm step-up ring, 52mm Vivitar filter kit (UV, CPL, and ND8), and a cute mini backpack to hold this gear, along with extra batteries, etc.
The mini backpack is identical to the Olympus-branded one I used to use with my ILC higher-end Olympus gear -- nice accidental discovery. I now have a very portable Panasonic FZ300 camera to supplement my CSC (Compact System Camera) MFT (Micro-Four Thirds) system. The add-on package seems to be unique to Cameta, since nowhere else I could find online (including Amazon options) had this very versatile and capable bundle for a point-and-shoot (P&S). The only downside is the FZ300 camera size rivals some ILC prosumer models like MFT systems. To get the small, hand-carry capability that I need for my sports-participation avocation (doing marathons, no less), I need something with better image, battery longevity, and start-up lag that mobile phones can't match. Olympus to the rescue with its TG-4 "Tough" camera (shock/drop-proof, freeze-proof, waterproof). Now, I have a superzoom sandwiched with the FZ300 in the middle having top and bottom slices of MFT and small P&S. LOL.
Payment was standard stuff (credit cards, secure site), plenty of online information (no need to call customer service), nor or issues with service/packaging (protective box with nice bubble wrapping inside)."
