"Needed three sewer roof vent caps. Price was good @ $2.18 each...shipping more than tripled the cost of the individual item purchase price.
Thankfully, they had them in stock and the total price was less than A-zon.
In general, I am happy with the purchase. Shipping was timely, as was delivery. Just baffling how expensive shipping was. The way of the world today I suspect. "

"I was pretty sure the control board was defective as there was AC power to the control board but not to the heater contacts. It only took a few days to receive the new control board.
