This company stiffed me for over $250.00 on undelivered academic software, first promising delivery of the product and a tracking number, then deciding to turn off their phone system and not respond to emails. This issue is over 150 days unresolved.

"Very dissatisfied.
I traded-in my laptop, got a giftcard, but I can't use the gift card. Every time I try to apply, the web site ingnores it. I called customer service 10 times, they claim that they don't know anything about Gift Cards.
I think this whole store is a fraud.
I puchased a discount software in a past and that was fine, but that trade-in your computer and giftcards is a pure fraud!"

"Company claims product will be shipped within 24 hours of approval. Here it is 8 days later and they still have not shipped my software. I contacted them today via live chat and they stated it would be shipped for sure today. No tracking number no nothing. The refuse to return my emails I have sent over the past week and will not return my calls. Very poor customer service and I will never do business with them again."
