"Very dissatisfied.
I traded-in my laptop, got a giftcard, but I can't use the gift card. Every time I try to apply, the web site ingnores it. I called customer service 10 times, they claim that they don't know anything about Gift Cards.
I think this whole store is a fraud.
I puchased a discount software in a past and that was fine, but that trade-in your computer and giftcards is a pure fraud!"
