"Ordered canvases back in November. They didn't email, or call. I finally after about 8 weeks shoot them an email, nothing. 5 MONTHS LATER I got a response saying my photo was too small and to send them another one. No option for a refund, no option for changing my type of canvas. Nothing. So I sent them a random picture. It was printed off crappy. Missing chunks, and the corners were all chipped up. No idea where I'm going to hang it since I ordered a specific picture for a specific reason. I emailed them and wrote them on Facebook saying my canvases were damaged. After 2 weeks they write me back, and say that I'm passed the 7 days. So I'm basically screwed out of $115. Don't buy from these jerks.
Also, their website is NOT open for reviews. They will only post 5 star ones. So don't be fooled like I was.

"Got some ceramic wall art (2x1.5) that I liked the look of. I was originally iffy on it after looking through massive amounts of negative reviews. They really did turn out well done though. I feel it could have been packaged a bit better. What I mean by this isn't that they slacked on product protection. In fact they were wrapped up in so many layers tighter than an Indian woman on her wedding night. But rather, use a bit less tape please. Besides that, it's a bit difficult to figure out which side is the protective film (HINT: ITS THE DARKER COLORED ONE!!!). Aside from that you need a knife, razor knife, etc to kinda poke at the corner of the film till you can get it off (add a bit of overhang with the protective film?). After it starts peeling back, it's smooth sailing from there. For best protection, I recommend leaving the film on until they're hung up properly, and you're happy with where they are. Then try to pull straight down as close to the picture as you can. Reduces the chance of you pulling the strips off the wall.
NOW as for some of the reviews I've read about pixelated art, or delivery time.
1. It was probably pixelated because you got too large of an image. I believe these guys have to enlarge the image after a certain size, and when they enlarge it so much, it becomes. You guessed it. Pixelated.
2. As for shipping. I believe it took the expected amount of time to ship FROM FLORIDA. (Yes I read a review about it being from some other country). If you take the shipping info and go to Fedex's website. It'll even tell you it's shipped from Orlando. I digress. Point being. It shipped in a week (roughly 5-7 days. Look, I wasn't keeping track completely).
To reiterate. Good product. Less tape, more protective film overhang. And take each review with a grain of salt.
