"We recently had a bad experience with a competitor (Canvas People) so I figured it would only be fair to write a positive review of Canvas on Demand to balance the negative one I left for the other company.

We ordered from Canvas on Demand several times in 2016 and 2017. Canvas On Demand did not have the ridiculous shipping delays, bait-and-switch pricing of Canvas People, and print in a much higher resolution. With our 20"x30" prints from Canvas On Demand, one cannot see the pixilation until about 12" to 18" away. We had a slight problem with one print and Canvas On Demand customer service immediately responded and very quickly sent us a new, flawless print a few days later without hassling us with returning the defective print. We have received numerous compliments from friends and family of the prints that we received from Canvas on Demand and would recommend them highly.

"My first experience was for a 43"x53" canvas. They contacted me with comments on clarity at that size and asked for confirmation. At first I was frustrated with no phone communication available, but found that their instant message provision was acceptable. After my canvas was delivered, I had questions and they assured me they would credit my account for the full amount if I was not completely happy. I kept the canvas and am very happy with it and the quality of the work. They even provided VERY EASY HANGING HARDWARE. AWESOME!!"
