"My canvas cane damaged big time! Contacted them they asked for pictures. Sent pictures and tried to contact them numerous times. The last contact was on the phone on which i was on hold for over an hour finally got someone who did not speak good English. She told me to hold on while She checked with support and 4 pm came rolling along as I was still way...they disconnected me!! Seriously!! Lousy job don’t buy even with Groupon that I contacted as well and yet need to hear back from them!! Unbelievable. This goes back to November and still not resolved !!"

I can't reach anyone at the phone number listed and I emailed someone several days ago still with no response. I need new ones before Christmas but since I can't get anyone to answer me either by phone or email I will not have them available. "
