"This company seems to be out of business except their web page is still active, and they still bill your credit card. Their order status web says that my order will be shipped within 24 hours. It has been saying that since January 8, 2007. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I wonder how long it will take the credit card company to realize that they must stop doing business with this defunct company?

"THEY DON"T EXIST ANY LONGER! I AM ASSUMING THIS SINCE - I placed an order on 11/22/06. I have yet to receive my order of $289.12. I continually call daily and the voice mail says they are closed. (In the middle of the day - everyday.) I have sent four emails, have left 4 voicemail messages and no one has yet to contact me back in regards to the items I ordered and paid for on my American Express Card. They have our money yet we have not received any of the items. I would like to at least receive a refund. Does anyone have any information about this once prominent company?"
"It is now Nov 18, and I am still waiting for my order that was promised, but never delivered. Finally contacted someone on 11/25, but he was evasive, stated that they had first shipped then stated that he had refunded my money (liar).
