"I ordered a microwave oven from this store on 11-20-05. On 11-22-05 I received a shipping confirmaion and was told that I would be receiving a tracking # within 24 hours by email. Today is 11-29-05 and no email. I checked my order status on their web sight and they had no tracking number. I tried calling customer service 4 different times and left messages for them to return my call. Nobody returned my call.
UPDATE: Finally got through to customer service. I was informed my order was shipped from CA. on 11-22. The tracking number is supposed to be sent to me tomorrow. I was told not to expect it to arrive at my door until 12-03-05 or Mon. 12-05-05.
These are the types of order problems that make me nervous."

Update: Well, I asked Live Help ifthe Navman iCN520 would come with a remote and that I would buy it if it did. The person said yes. So I bought it. Well, guess what? It didn't come with a remote.

The person lied to get me to buy it. If he had told me it didn't come with a remote, then that'd be fine. I would have bought it at a different store for a lower price. But looks like they unscrupulously lied to me. I wouldn't buy from them again. Stay away."
