"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a microwave oven on 12.18.05 The web site said the product was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. On 12.20.05, I checked the status using the Caplink website and was provided an invoice showing that they had actually shipped the product on that date. When I checked the status of the order on 12.22.05, the on-line shipping invoice indicated that Caplink had shipped the microwave oven on that date, and not two days earlier as I had been led to believe. I then called Caplink and explained the problem, and after being placed on hold for ten minutes, I was told that the order had been canceled because the product is out of stock, even though the website showed the product as being in stock two days after I placed the order. I asked the guy when Caplink intended to inform me that it couldn't fill the order because if I had known two days ago I could have ordered someplace else. He said, "We sent you an email." Technically he was telling the truth because I received the email within 30 seconds after getting off the phone with him, and obviously, that's what he was doing when he had placed me on hold."
