They informed me that there was a short supply of the color (Octane Red Pearlcoat) and they can't make any promises as to when they could get it, but said they would do their best to track one down. A week later, I have a FedEx notification email letting me know it's on the way. I certainly wasn't expecting it that quickly, and I greatly appreciate what they did for me. I'll definitely use them again for my parts needs."

She tried again, it rang then call dropped. I assume they simply hung up on me (parts dept, not the operator - she was nice and professional). I ordered part online anyway. Will be quite irked if it turns out you do not have the part."
