"My windshield was replaced today (2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee) and that went fine however I heard a flapping sound (tape or paper) and when I asked about it was told that the cowl was old and worn but the windshield and seals were great. I sough to purchase this item (the cowl) with the dealership and the process (once I has the VIN) was very easy. It made no sense to ship for $20.00 when I live next door to McKinney so a pick up is too easy. I don't usually recommend dealers but this experience was a good one. Now I hope the part fits (it should since the VIN was entered). "
