"Parts were not actually available, despite them showing as valid parts on their website, and them taking my order. Initially they cancelled my order saying they could not ship it to me due to shipping restrictions (note there was nothing about the item not being available), so I reordered the same item for local pickup. Nothing was stated as not being available, so I went to pick up, only to be told that the part was not valid anymore and that I would have to order a different item that was twice as expensive. They said they would cancel the order, but they did not until I confronted them with the fact that it was still open the next day. Very frustrating, to say the least."
