"I was very happy with the prices offered on my RAM parts along with the speed in which the order was processed and shipped. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was that the item shipped was rather long and whoever packed it had it wedged in a box with no protection from the sharp edges of the part, which through the course of shipping cut a hole in the box and was partially exposed when I received it. Luckily the part (a plastic one with a sharp corner) does not appear to be damaged, but I don't think it would have survived without cracking the corner if it was handled much longer. A slightly larger box with more packing materials would have done nicely."
