"I order parts from this dealership and was told they were out of stock so I cancelled my order on 2/22/21. On 3/16/21 they charged my card for the parts anyway and then sent an email saying it was refunded?? I contacted them however their responses consisted of one word or a screen shot of the transaction, clearly showing they mis-charged me for parts the neither shipped or even had in stock.
After asking them to provide some sort of customer service, they gave a clearly wrong explanation of what happened (with a little attitude). So, a day later, still charged, no refund. I will now have to dispute the charge and wait for the bank to handle it.
Save yourself time and aggravation and shop somewhere else. "
