"I ordered a window regulator and Motor for my 2000 Land Rover Discovery II, both front windows were broke. They shipped fast and when I found some time to install them, I thought I ordered the wrong motor and called them to return. I spoke with Jorge and he was excellent, had no problem e-mailing me a return slip to send back window motor. After taking a closer look at the motor, I figured out the wire on the new one by-passed the connector that connected to the motor and just went to the main connector, which then fit the connection. Long story short, my windows are rolling up and down perfect! I will definitely shop here again as it is reassuring they try to take care or their Customers and still have great prices on good products !!"

"I order a set of valve cover gasket based on the CPD brand name list and price, in this case, I picked the well known brand-Victor-Reinz, and at the highest one on the list.
CPD shipped me the product from Mahle without any explanation or information about Mahle Vs.Victor Reinz. And if I wanted to return the product I have to pay for the return shipping fee.
The point is CPD was not very UP-Front in their advertising, and not even an apology for not to inform their online buyers that they would ship different brand from the advertising.
For that I will not recommend CPD as a trust-online seller."

"I was skeptical at first because of mixed reviews and seemingly low prices. I took a chance and I ordered a voltage regulator, oem Bosch for E60 BMW for $49, for comparison Autozone offer a Duralast inferior product for $187! I ordered yesterday and it arrived via UPS this morning, less than 24hrs after and is brand new and now installed. Called again spome with Jorge, he seemed to take charge sent me email confirming they where on top of it. A week later still no resolution. I was told the warehouse had to cross reference weight of package they sent out. Bad service. All this for a $18 part? I just want to fix my steering."
"Can't beat the combination of good prices and great customer service here, rare these days. If you have questions, their customer service folks are right here in California. Can't say the same about those other big-name places that have call centers in India or the Philipeans or God knows where... The one return I made about a year ago (ended up not needing couple parts) was completely painless. Most recent order was some door window cranks for the Mustang I'm restoring.
