"I ordered a part at the beginning of Sept, that turned out to be defective. I called, expecting to be given a hard time proving the part was defective, to request a refund. I spoke with Ryan who was absolutely wonderful. In less than five min, he had given me all the instructions needed to receive the new part, and return the old one. He even went the extra mile to help me receive the part quickly, by offering to split overnight shipping with me and sending me a mailing label to return the defective part. That part of my experience was great!! Unfortunately I am just writing this review because I have just received my refund after calling twice. Ryan was great, the refund dept could work a little faster getting refunds out."

"UPDATE:Still working to resolve the AC Comp issue but I did receive a very nice call from Johnathan at CPW. What I liked about his call was the honesty. He said that the customer experience was important for their business and wanted to do what was right and fair to assist in the unfortunate process. While I have not had time to check, CPW did waive the freight on the 3rd unit sent and removed the $250 hold placed on my CC for the warranty part. I like a company that stands behind their principles not their margins. While I am still not up and running CPW deserves a few stars more for their customer service. I will update again once I have some chilly air blowing my way.
Miserable experience with CPW. Purchased a reman AC compressor for 2007 Infiniti M35, was installed on October 4th. Compressor lasted a few weeks and has shut down. Contacted CPW about warranty, wanted me to spend more money to furnish them with the problem. I refused to spend any more to troubleshoot their issue, I am sure they have a warranty program with their supplier. A replacement compressor was sent. I inquired about replacing the dryer since it was just replaced. Justin told me not to since it was a recent replacement. "New" re-man arrived and was to be installed today. Mecanic installed, started the car and ran it for 5 minutes ... locked up solid. I phoned CPW again. Now a week later, I have to purchase a new dryer for them and pay for the shipping on the third compressor. If I do not purchase the dryer from them, they will not honor the warranty. Sum it all up ... I have spent $415 on the original compressor / dryer and freight. Another $276 on a mechanic installing it twice and another $50 for freight on the third compressor and second dryer. I still don't have a working compressor and will still owe another $136 to have it installed. Once this is all finished I will be up around $900 and we are all crossing our fingers it will work. Scrap this bunch now and I have a store credit for my original purchase. That does not sound like much of a deal, who wants to spend store credit with a company who cant sell a part that works just half the time. Overall, very disappointed. Be sure to understand their warranty procedures BEFORE you buy. Once they run your card, all you have left is store credit."
