I had a strange application, a manual steering box for a drag car that I had to have ready for the weekend or risk losing sponsorship parts, the steering box was delayed from the supplier so AJ arranged next day air, without even telling me, so the box would show up on the day that we agreed on. He was very patient even though I had to change my order at one point, I was in a hurry, had to get the car up and running for the weekend points meet, He understood this, all I can say is his service, attitude, and understanding was EXCELLENT through the whole process, he showed me what A+ customer service is! "i found this company on line. did some checking and found they were ok to use. called and talked to scott. he answered my questions and was more than helpful. after our conversation i felt at ease. i felt i would get the right part at the price quoted. shipping was right at the time they quoted in the emails the company sent along with the invoice. everything worked perfectly. my 240sx had some heavy mods but the part fit perfectly and seems to be working fine. i would suggest to anyone purchasing the rack and pinion to purchase the return shipping label as it makes shipping the core back a simple task. it took a couple of weeks for the credit to hit my account but that was no problem. also a suggestion when you order the rack to order new bushings at the same time. i had a brain fart and did not order them so i had to wait an extra couple of days for the new ones to come in. business dealings with this company were excellent. i will use them again and will recommend them to my friends. thanks to scott and all the people at car steering wholesale. dww"
