"I ordered two items from this merchant. During the ordering process I purposely chose and paid for expedited shipping rather than wait ground shipping from west coast to east coast. The merchant split the order and changed shipping back to ground without asking. had I know this merchant practiced such corporate arrogance I would have found a supplier on the east coast. it is a big internet out there and people need to understand the next store is a click away."
"I ordered DNJ Valve Lifters, that in the item description said that they are sold in a set of 4, I ordered a quantity of 4, therefore I should of recieved 16 lifters, but I only recieved 4, I call coustomer service and they said that I was correct, and I should have recieved 16 lifters, so they sent a claim to the warehouse, and they said that they should get back to me about the other 12 lifters, shipping information. It was a week later so I cintacted them via live chat, and they told me that their website was wrong, and that they could not send me the other 12. So I told them I would need to return the item, but I refuse to pay restock fee, and they did agree to that, and they paid for return shipping."
"I am very pleased with my car stuff experience so far. I was rushing through my initial order and put the wrong year for the car so I had to return and reorder. I was impressed with how protected the package was and how kind the reps that I spoke with via phone were when I called to see how to exchange the items. When they found out I was in NJ they all asked if I was okay. How sweet is that? I am still waiting for the exchange to arrive and to see that they received my return so I can get a refund. "

"Somewhat poor. My order "still" has not shipped. It was ordered on Oct. 31st. I have sent 3 emails via Car Stuff's web site and have not received (one)1 reply. When I call customer service all that I am told is to please wait (9)!!!! days for order to ship. No postive information has been provided. If item does not ship by 11/08/12 I will cancel my order. If that action goes as well as the ordering of my car mats I'm in for a long process. "
