I received my package and it was secured in the box,unfortunately I have to send it back, but no fault of Car Stuff, it's the year my car was manufactured and the year of the car the part did not match.

The onlince customer service rep helped me with my many questions and also assisted in getting me my RMA to return the product.

"This is a terrific site: easy to use, quick, accurate, and with a tremendous selection of real parts that your car will actually need: not just the cosmetic junk and windshield wipers and that generic stuff you could find at Walmart. This site can get you your exact part easily.
I have a 26 year old car, which is very tricky to purchase parts for (it was made in several countries and used a variety of parts suppliers, and was a work in progress from the beginning, year to year and even season to season). Car Stuff (Carstuff.com) has not only been mostly able to find me an exact match for the parts I needed, but I've found that when I took a chance at a part and missed, I was able to return the part at little or no cost to me beyond shipping. Getting a part shipped to me is generally free unless I'm in a rush. I have found that the parts I've ordered arrive faster than I expected, often much faster. The particular order I'm reviewing, a pair of wheel hubs, was received three days after the order was placed, which far exceeded my expectations, since I chose the lowest cost option. Free.

This is a great place to shop for real auto parts, whether you have a weird old car like mine and are used to being frustrated by other sites, or have a car with a more stable supply chain behind it's manufacture. Try it, especially if you need extra help. They also do a great job with a terrific customer service team if you need to contact them. I prefer e-mail, which is always personally and completely answered, or you can chat live or you can call them if you want.
I guess this sounds like a gushing or even a fake review, but it's neither. It's the result of one positive experience after another with this site. My old car passes inspection every year in Massachusetts with Car Stuff's help and my labor. Not an easy feat."

"The computer system is whack, so write down the order number. At the time I placed my order, I forgot to write it down. When I never got an email notice, I called them. Because they could not find any trace of the order, I reordered the part. According to the computer, there were no more parts available. There was one other online supplier with a great price, however, they were out of stock also. I could buy the part for 4 or 5 times the price, except I'm a poor student. Then the UPS delivered the part on Monday. The order had gone through. I love their prices.
