"I am kind of upset with car stuff.
A week after my order was confirmed still nothing. On th 8 th day I have a credit issued from car stuff stateing my ordered part was out of stock. What???---
--- "Car Stuff used my money for 7 days for free no intrest"
I don't think the order should have been completed if the part was not in stock. Isn't there a Law that prohibits making a charge before a item is shipped? ----

Oh well, my happy anticipation that my ordered part would be here soon has vanished. What a CON-Merchant.

"I ordered a Shop book from Car Stuff which plainly reads for Volvo's 1998 - 2009. When I received the order, I opened the box, took out the book then removed the plastic (to view the book)to discover the only mention of Volvo was the North American Corp address.

I called them to return the book because it was not what I ordered. Because I had removed the plastic they would not take it back.

I then went on line and took a closer look at the item I ordered and if you look at the small picture it is the book they sent me although it does not mention Volvo it is a general maintence book.

I am sorry I ever got involved with this company and would not use them for anything ever nor recomend them to anyone."
