Since ordering this, I have placed two separate orders with another online retailer who charged me $0.00 for shipping and has already delivered both. Less than satisfied."

"The parts I ordered from car-stuff that were correct (replacement wipers) were great and fairly priced. However, I was given an incorrect part number by a sales agent and returning it was very costly. The return process is a nightmare, you pay for shipping and a restocking fee. In the end, to send back a part that I was told was the right one, cost me almost $70. Basically, I paid $70 for nothing except the hassle of sending it back."
