"Order placed 6/12, shipped 6/14, has not arrived 6/19. Fed-Ex tracking info says "In transit", having taken 4.5 days to hand off the package to the US Mail. This is with a $7.89 shipping charge. Since ordering this, I have placed two separate orders with another online retailer who charged me $0.00 for shipping and has already delivered both. Less than satisfied."

"I called upon the status of my order 6 days following my order, the service individual I spoke to had no idea where my order was and said it should ship in the next two business days. Later I received and email telling me there was a refund of my purchase and I never got the parts I ordered."

"Fairly good. Timing was a little slow, but I had time. One other matter is that I ordered door handles with smooth finish. The package says smooth finish. But both are textured finish. I need to order more smooth finish handles, How will we straighten this out? Jim."

"The parts I ordered from car-stuff that were correct (replacement wipers) were great and fairly priced. However, I was given an incorrect part number by a sales agent and returning it was very costly. The return process is a nightmare, you pay for shipping and a restocking fee. In the end, to send back a part that I was told was the right one, cost me almost $70. Basically, I paid $70 for nothing except the hassle of sending it back."
