"On 01/23/2012 I ordered a rearview mirror for my wires car, about 20 minutes after I ordered the mirror I realized I ordered a mirror for the wrong side. I called immediatly. I spoke to Mark and explained I wanted to cancel the order for the passenger side mirror and order the drivers side. Mark told me he would have to take the my new order before he could cancel the first order,but the he would cancel the first one, #bm2890709. The next day I got a confirmation via e-mail concerning my first order. I called and tried to stop it, but was told I would have to wait for it to arrive and send it back. My Credit card was charged $57.12. When the wrong order arrived I called back and spoke to Henny to get instructions on how to send the Mirror back. Henny stated she would send me a shipping label via e-mail and I would not be charge a restock fee. I checked my e-mail a couple of days later and found only instructions on how and who to mail the mirror back to Car Stuff. There was no shipping label, and I was told I'd be charged a restock fee. I was very upset because I was trying to be refunded 57.12, but now it would only be 48.00 because of shipping and a restock fee of 15.00, leaving only a 33.00 refund plus what it would cost to ship the item back. When my Credit card bill came I called them and requested they refuse payment. The person from my credit card company stated she would try a conflict resolution with Car Stuff. My Credit Card company contacted Car Stuff and I spoke with another woman who explained that the shipping label was probably sent via my Spam e-mail. I told her that was possible but that all of the other e-mail sent to was via my In box. The woman again told me I would not be charged a restock fee and that she would Mail me a shipping label. I told her thank you and have been waiting two weeks for a shipping label. None have shown up. I have decided that Car Stuff won this round, and that it is not worth sending the wrong mirror back to you because you probably wouldn't credit my account any way and I don't want you to be able to sell the same item twice. You ask me for my opinion of your service. When I did get the correct Mirror it did fit, so I thank you for that. as for you keeping your word, either you are liars and cheats or terribly incompetent. either way I don't think I will order anything from you again.

"I ordered parts on Wednesday for overnight delivery. I expected them by Friday. They informed me that they were still n process on Friday, not shipped. I wanted to cancel the order Friday evening. Saturday they emailed me to say that the order could not be canceled. Not the way to treat a customer. Would not recommend them to anyone. Will not shop there again."
"Attempted to purchase cabin airfilter for my Toyota Highlander. Firt problem is that receipts and communications went straight into my "Spam" folder for some reason. That means internet security program senses something about their mail to being suspicsioius. After requesting another mail..which I never go..I found the original receipt in my spam folder. Then I find another mail in the spam folder..stating the product was now out of stock. So all that correspondence and still no product. Bought a better product via Amazon.com for a name brand "Fram" filter for less cost and free shipping to boot. Not impressed with Car Stuff."
