"Very Dissatisfied. The website was inaccurate. The title of the repair manual described did not match the photo and the manual in the photo was sent. Despite directing an online chat agent to view the page with the error, he could not understand that this was the fault of Car Stuff. Then he would not issue a return authorization number for a book that was still in its original seal.
This was my first and last time using Car Stuff. I'm going back to Rock Auto.
FOLLOW UP: Requested a Return Authorization Number 10 days ago using their prescribed email system. Still no number. I'm stuck with a generic emissions control manual instead of a car specific repair manual. Bye bye $17!"
"Product arrival took a few days longer than I expected but the item was well packaged and in mint condition. The product looked so amazing I decided to buy another one so that I could match the items on my SUV(front signal light panels). I didn't realize the poor condition of my working signal light until I replaced the broken one with the new. WOW...shiny and beautiful.
