"I placed my order on Sunday 6/5/11 thinking I would get my parts by the following weekend. Hah, what a joke. First off I sent feedback about the site because I had some issues and I wanted to let them know so they could fix them but I get a response saying they don't have my Name, Billing Address, Preferred Shipping Address or Contact Number. Well this should have been a huge red flag to me but I sent the information because I wanted my parts by the following weekend.
6/8/11 – Receive email saying my payment has be approved. What? It doesn't take 3 days for this process.
6/8/11 – Receive email with tracking number. "Great my parts are on their way." It turns out to be one of the 15 parts I had ordered which was delivered on the 6/9/11
6/10/11 – Receive another tracking number. Ends up being 2 more of the 15 parts delivered on 6/10/11
6/11/11 – Receive email saying one of the parts is out of stock. ”You couldn’t have told me this before now so I could order if from someone else?”
6/12/11 – Credit was issued for out of stock part.
6/12/11 – Received email with yet another tracking number
6/13/11 – Received still another tracking number.
6/14/11 – Another tracking number.
6/14/11 – Another tracking number.
6/15/11 – Another tracking number.
6/15/11 – Received a few more parts.
6/16/11 – Received email stating ANOTHER part is out of stock.
6/17/11 – Received a few more parts.
6/18/11 – Credit was issued for 2nd out of stock part.
6/18/11 – Finally received the rest of the parts I ordered that were in stock.
Then some of the parts are wrong. Haven’t had a chance to check all of the parts yet but I’m sure there will be other wrong parts as well.

"My experience with Car Stuff was terrible. I had recieved an e-mail coupon from them for 10% off on orders over $150. I ordered items from Car Stuff that totalled more than the $150 minimum in expectation of receiving the 10% discount. When I entered the code for the discount, a window popped up saying that the discount would be applied in the next step of the ordering process, so I continued with my order, but the discount was never applied. Immediately I called Car Stuff and asked why I didn't receive the discount. I was told that one of the items I had ordered was not eligible for the discount. I then requested to have the order cancelled. I was told that the order would be cancelled immediately and that I would not be charged, but the order for the repair manual for $88.95 was not cancelled and my credit card is charged. I have submitted a charge back through my credit card. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. And certainly do not believe anything that they say."

"I received my order in 3 days, which was amazing, and my order was exactly right. That's the good news. I was disappointed that "handling" charges, which brought the price up to almost as much as I would have paid to purchase the parts at a local retailer, didn't show up until I completed the purchase. If I had seen the handling charges first, I probably would have just bought the parts in town and not waited for the mail. But for fast convenient service, I was satisfied."
