"Ordering was easy. They were the only place I found that had the part the way I needed it except the dealer who's price was twice as much. shipped fast and was the right part for the job. when I called to ask about the part they were very nice. I definitely would do business with them again! "

"Explanation not given for the order that was placed, processed but never shipped out overnight, was given a refund on the shipping however had to order from another vendor. I guess giving explanation is harder for their customer service department than dealing with questions about why the ball was dropped after I was billed and given a tracking number but item never arrived. Shipper never received part due to part never given to them. I guess the old saying goes, get it cheaper but at what cost? Never again will I order anything from this company again, its a miracle they have lasted this long sweeping customers under the rug!!!!!"

"Very unsatisfying experience. I ordered an Alternator (wed, 7/26/11). Received a message that I was not billed yet (until it shipped), but also received a message from Paypal that my payment was transferred. I spoke with a chat rep Fri. 7/29 as I originally couldn't find my order confirmation message. However, I found it in my spam filter as I was chatting with support. So far so good. While I was on chat, I confirmed the order, and I was told my part will arrive in the stated time frame. No part, no shipping message yet on Tue 8/2/11, so I opened another chat to check on the status. 'Alice' told me the part is out of stock, and I will be receiving a refund (or I can buy one that IS in stock). I asked how she knew THAT one was in stock, and was told they can check in real time. Then why can't either the order system, or the rep I talked to on the 29th, see that my original order was non-stock, and I was never going to get it? This shows all the characteristics of a simple 'bait and switch'. I just received the Email that my order is not shipping (a full week after I ordered) but I can call and inquire about alternate brands to purchase! Wow, they're so good to me, offering to let me pay more! My 'non-stock' part still shows available for sale, and I have a vehicle out of service over a week now. The part was inexpensive, but not so dramatically so as to be too-good-to-be-true. I suspect this company does often sell as advertised, but has a number of bait items. This is a recent trend on-line. Only scam an 'acceptable' percentage, and trade off the good will of the others. Clever, actually. I tried to save a few dollars, and I walked right into this. I suspect you can buy here, just beware the lowest priced items in a category. "Gosh, this is a better-than-most deal", is your first clue that there's trouble ahead. I'm gonna pay the little extra, and buy from my local parts dealer. If it was my business (assuming this stock issue was a genuine error as they said), I'd eat the loss and send out an in-stock item at the same price...but this was not a genuine error...it was planned, I'm certain of it, and no matter how often others were satisfied, it only takes one of these for me to move on (PS, they operate under a bunch of different web sites, which is a very bad indicator. Oh, and they all have this 'out of stock' part available for purchase! Do your homework first...I didn't).
EDITED 3/3/2011. This alternator has now been removed from their web sites. This is good, in away. They may not be 'gamers' after all, just merely incompetent.

"Really bad experience, ordered 8 spark plugs, 7 were correct 1 was some weird champion plug, didn't realize till was into the job. then spent 29 minutes on the phone last night to get a credit. Can't pack orders correct and customer service is bad. There were 28 callers ahead of me when I first called. Hopefully my credit comes through, don't ever want to have to deal with them again."

"My first online purchased was not pleasant because I placed an order based on availability of stock - its in stock that's why I placed my order. But a day later, I received an email stating that its out of stock so my credit card payment was on hold for $180.95 free shipping.
Then I called the sales 800 number, someone picked up my call then ask my problem. I'm about to mention to him my order number but he put me on hold & transfer me to his super named Joel, he said the price was wrong so I have to pay a higher w/c is $190.95 instead of $180.95 as published online. I said to him that your online ads is misleading and unreliable. He explained to me that I will be charged for $190.95 then get a rebate or refund later for $10.00. I called again in July 25/11 & spoke to Rusell, he said that it takes 5 business days to receive my refund because it goes to another dept.
What I don't understand is that the online availability of your inventory is misleading, inaccurate and unreliable that deceives customer who are purchasing online like me. It's hassle and very stressful especially when you're providing a credit card nos. to unsafe company like yours. I might think twice on my next purchase nor referring to a friend or colleagues your online business.
